A small aquarium company was running a manual commission tracking & payout process - their sales reps tracked sales via spreadsheets, while Management manually reviewed & calculated commissions on a monthly basis.
They suffered a few common pain points:

As the company prepared to hire new sales reps, they needed a scalable solution.
Solution
Integrated Shopify and Zoho One to via a custom API to create or update Zoho One records when a purchase occurred.
Created a Sales Dashboard to visualize commissions. This gave sales reps full transparency into their expected payouts by allowing them to drill-down and review each item, amount, and associated record.
Streamlined their Approval Process. We added a Review stage to their CRM - making it so as purchases occurred, management would be notified for approval. This allowed management to approve commissions daily, instead of waiting until the end of the month.
